On 5/11/10 Interstate Transport brokered a load to First American Car, Inc for $3000. On 7/22/10 Harmon Trucking called our office to tell us that First American Car, Inc brokered the same load to them for $3100 and they did not get paid. First American Car, Inc does not have broker authority. Many attempts were made to contact First American Car, Inc and no calls were returned.

We booked a load with KPS Transport Inc, MC# 657827, going from Jonesboro, AR going to Breinigsville, PA. The shipment was supposed to be picked up on Tursday, 7-22-10. We told the dispatch to have the driver call us for dispatch. Apparently the dispatch called us from a cell phone, pretending to be the driver. 4 hours after we had dispatched them, they showed up a couple minutes before the shipper was going to close.
The shipper loaded them, Friday (the shipper is closed on Fridays) the driver called and left a message saying he wasnt going to deliver the load because his company wasnt going to pay him to deliver it.
Monday morning our customer notified us of the phone call. We played dumb and called the trucking company and asked what time the load was going to deliver. They told us that the truck had broke down in VA, blown engine, the whole works.
We then notified them of the call we had received from our customer where the driver wasnt going to deliver the load. From that point the dispatch blew up. Said everyone was lying.
Noon, they still had no idea where our load was. 2pm, still had no idea where the load was. 4pm, said our load is in southern Atlanta.(keep in mind the load was going from AR to PA)
Tuesday rolls around, they wouldnt tell us where the load was. Finally told us it was at a Pilot and they would meet someone over there. We sent someone over (the Georgia Bureau of Investigation) to meet them at the truck stop. We called them from the Pilot, they then told us the trailer was located somewhere else. We again went to where they told us to go to. The trailer was there and GBI confiscated the trailer from them.
DO NOT LOAD THIS CARRIER. We got nothing but lies and massive amounts of problems and had to spend extra money to actually get our shipment back, in addition to losing a customer.

M Borthers MC 619703 out of IL Booked a shipment wit us. It was a hot load coming out of WA going to IA & KY. They told us the drivers were empty and ready to go. We booked the load with them. Almost 4 hours later, after constant calls, they had the “drivers” call. Only one driver called in and he said the other driver wasnt with him, that he was in the truck. We told them we had to speak with both drivers, then they called us and told us that their load got reconsigned (he was already empty?)
Then after looking, M Brothers only shows having 4 trucks. So we called the driver and asked him what it says on the door of his truck, he said RS Logistics.
Edwin from M Brothers says no, it’s not the driver is mistaken.
Call to RS Logistics and the gentleman there says he owns both companies.
M Brothers was nice enough to send us a Broker/ Carrier contract that is between M Brothers & RS Logistics, while M Brothers has no brokerage authority in the first place.
This is the 3rd load that M Brothers has really gone bad on. Doubt they operate any of their own company trucks. M Brothers also uses RTS financial to bill out their freight bills to, the whole thing seems really shady

Spoke to the dispatch at All Over Trucking, offered them SC to NJ, a fair rate of$1900 on 618 miles. The dispatch said he wouldnt do it for less than $2900.00. That’s $4.69 a mile! When asked how he came up with the rate, he had no clue, just that he pulled a number up. Said he was getting $3800 coming out of Savannah GA.
Price gouging! This is the reason why we are going through inflation!

Just thought I’d post this because of the utter stupidity
Talked to Coastal Trans on a truck they had in California. Had a load going to Cincinnati. The guy said he wouldnt haul a load over 10,000 pounds, and he wanted $5000.00
There is a difference between making a living and making a killing. I’m sorry, I know freight rates were depressed for a while, but this is just stupid.

We booked a shipment with Lou at LGS Logistics. It was for a team going from WA to KY. Lou took the shipment, said his team was empty on Tuesday and would be holding over to load. On Wednesday afternoon we called Lou, after being booked on the load for almost 24 hours, Lou pulled off the load, said his drivers were 400 miles away, when questioned about it he could come up with no answers.

There are a lot of people who have asked what exactly they should do to create a report, so we wanted to clarify it as best as we could.
There are 2 ways of creating reports.
1. Click here and you will be taken to a form to fill out information, and submit it. We will process it and it will be posted.
2. Sign up to become a member, there is no cost for being a member. Simply click here and you can create an account. Once your account is active you can go to the main site www.transportationindustryreports.com on the right hand side you will see “Log In”, log in with your user name and password.
Once you have logged in, you will be in the back end of the site.
On the left hand side you will see an option for “Posts”, click that and then click on “Add New”
When typing your post it is like a Microsoft Word layout. Be as informative as possible.
You can also add “Tags” which will help people sort posts, and select a “Category”.
After all is done, simply click “Publish” and your report will be active.
If you have any other question please email us, we are happy to be of service.

Load was booked with Russ going from Chillicothe, OH out to Seattle, WA. Driver wasnt supposed to load until 5-7-10. Driver arrived at shipper at 4:32pm on 5-6-10. The shipper had stopped loading at 3pm. There was 1 gentleman left at the facility and he was leaving. The driver blocked him in and started cussing him out and saying that Americans are just like the Chinese and are just a bunch of lazy…. on and on. The driver finally unblocked the gentleman and let him leave. The next morning when Tracy showed up to work, the driver was already inside the facility in a restricted zone. I called the dispatch Russ, and went over everything that had transpired, he said the driver had good reason to say all of that and that the company should have loaded him. We pulled Dynamic off of the load, and suggest that no one loads this company, unless you want 2 hot heads on your shipments
