Denver HVAC . Hardwood Flooring Denver . Day By Day Car Insurance . We booked a shipment with Lou at LGS Logistics. It was for a team going from WA to KY. Lou took the shipment, said his team was empty on Tuesday and would be holding over to load. On Wednesday afternoon we called Lou, after being booked on the load for almost 24 hours, Lou pulled off the load, said his drivers were 400 miles away, when questioned about it he could come up with no answers.

Load was booked with Russ going from Chillicothe, OH out to Seattle, WA. Driver wasnt supposed to load until 5-7-10. Denver Marketing . Driver arrived at shipper at 4:32pm on 5-6-10. Very Cheapest Car Insurance . chicken coops . The shipper had stopped loading at 3pm. There was 1 gentleman left at the facility and he was leaving. The driver blocked him in and started cussing him out and saying that Americans are just like the Chinese and are just a bunch of lazy…. on and on. The driver finally unblocked the gentleman and let him leave. The next morning when Tracy showed up to work, the driver was already inside the facility in a restricted zone. I called the dispatch Russ, and went over everything that had transpired, he said the driver had good reason to say all of that and that the company should have loaded him. We pulled Dynamic off of the load, and suggest that no one loads this company, unless you want 2 hot heads on your shipments

I had a bad experience hauling a load for Freedom Express… Denver Wedding Venue . They took a load from sunshine logistics getting paid 1400 and double brokered to me offering 1800. I was lucky because the shipper didn’t loaded me since he (the shipper) gave the load to sunshine and I was cheeking in for Freedom. I’m pretty sure Freedom Express is double brokering loads using Bull Transportation

We hired Quality Express to run a load from TN to UT..We gave them a $1000 fuel advance. tutors . Denver SEO . They drove it to South Dakota instead, cashed out the advance and sat on the freight for 3 days..Lying the whole time..very hard to get anybody on the phone..Then had the audacity to demand more money to deliver the product to a local warehouse so we could have somebody else deliver it to Utah. Freedom Express Logistics, Inc. casino online . was booked on a load on 02/08/2010 at 10:13AM. We found numerous complaints about Freedom, including reports that it held loads hostage and double brokered. We then informed “Mike Smith,” that is the name the driver gave us, at 10:44 a.m. that he was not authorized to pick up the load. Third Party Logistics Colorado . Still, he picked up the load and demanded the total payment up front or he threatened to dump the load. We explained that he was never authorized to have the load, but that we would make the payment when he bumped the dock. This was not acceptable to him. On 2/12/10 we gave Mike Smith the total payment by Tchek and he said he would then deliver immediately. However, 5 hours later he demanded an additional $800 to deliver. Cheapest New Driver Insurance . We refused to give him the additional $800 amid his constant threats and filed police reports and insurance claims. 5 days after we filed the reports, the truck arrived at the receiver unannounced and delivered the product on 2/16/10 while continuing to demand the $800 through the morning of 2/17. The last conversation with Mike he started laughing and said you will never catch me.

Patrick booked a load with us going from CA to OR. It was supposed to be a team load. The driver called in and he drives for Ukranian Trucking MC 661459. Called patrick and he said that Ukranian runs dedicated for him. Called Vlad from Ukranian… told him we dont double broker loads. He said he would do the load straight for us, I said, I thought you haul dedicated for D and R, he said no.
Then his “drivers” call in. One driver called, we asked if the other driver was with him, he said yes, we asked to speak with the other driver, he then said, oh, well he was in the truck stop in the shower. We then said, you both have to arrive at the shipper together, they told us it was not possible… poker cash online . wedding dress . I wonder why… no team

I CALLED THE DRIVER TO FIND OUT THE ACTUAL CARRIER NAME AND HE TOLD ME JAMES GATH . WHEN WE CONFRONTED JOSH (AT THE AR OFFICE) ABOUT THIS, HE ADMITTED THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME. SO WE CALLED CORPORATE AND SPOKE W/ BRUCE. HE GAVE THE SAME RESPONSE AND SAID, “SO?…WHAT’S THE PROBLEM? WE DO THIS ALL THE TIME.” CORPORATE ADMITTING THEY CO-BROKER ALL THE TIME. USE CAUTION AND MAKE SURE IT’S A SARGENT TRUCK BEFORE LOADING.
