Details of the event: Bull Transportation MC193751 are operating from the same office Freedom Express Logistics operate. They have the same phone and fax numbers, offering ridiculous high rates and asking the carriers to pick up freight for Freedom Express. I had a bad experience hauling a load for Freedom Express… Denver Wedding Venue . They took a load from sunshine logistics getting paid 1400 and double brokered to me offering 1800. I was lucky because the shipper didn’t loaded me since he (the shipper) gave the load to sunshine and I was cheeking in for Freedom. I’m pretty sure Freedom Express is double brokering loads using Bull Transportation

Freedom Express Logistics, Inc. casino online . was booked on a load on 02/08/2010 at 10:13AM. We found numerous complaints about Freedom, including reports that it held loads hostage and double brokered. We then informed “Mike Smith,” that is the name the driver gave us, at 10:44 a.m. that he was not authorized to pick up the load. Third Party Logistics Colorado . Still, he picked up the load and demanded the total payment up front or he threatened to dump the load. We explained that he was never authorized to have the load, but that we would make the payment when he bumped the dock. This was not acceptable to him. On 2/12/10 we gave Mike Smith the total payment by Tchek and he said he would then deliver immediately. However, 5 hours later he demanded an additional $800 to deliver. Cheapest New Driver Insurance . We refused to give him the additional $800 amid his constant threats and filed police reports and insurance claims. 5 days after we filed the reports, the truck arrived at the receiver unannounced and delivered the product on 2/16/10 while continuing to demand the $800 through the morning of 2/17. The last conversation with Mike he started laughing and said you will never catch me.

This gets it’s own category, it’s own tags, it’s own everything. If you actually have first hand experience I am very very sorry. The following is a list of companies. From our knowledge they are ALL associated together in on way or another. Either have the same address listed, same phone number, or the same employees. This is a very large ring that is growing all the time. We have actual recordings of dealings with these companies in which they freely admit to having over 30 companies and MC numbers. Business practices include, double brokering, holding loads hostage, double brokering for more money, back solicitation, not paying freight bills, and on and on and on.

If you are dealing with anyone with an 818 area code, please please be warned! Also, from what we can notice, it appears to be spreading into Arizona. 602 area code companies have been reported with very similar activities!
