JOSH AT THE ARKANSAS OFFICE BOOKED LOAD FROM CINCINNATI, OH TO CHEROKEE, NC. WE RECEIVED THE PROOF OF DELIVERY FROM JOSH AND IT WAS OBVIOUSLY ALTERED. THE DRIVER HAD TO MAKE UP HIS OWN BOL, BUT WHEN JOSH FAXED IT TO US, IT WAS VERY APPARENT THAT HE HAD ALTERED THE CARRIER NAME IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER TO SAY “SARGENT”. I CALLED THE DRIVER TO FIND OUT THE ACTUAL CARRIER NAME AND HE TOLD ME JAMES GATH . WHEN WE CONFRONTED JOSH (AT THE AR OFFICE) ABOUT THIS, HE ADMITTED THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME. SO WE CALLED CORPORATE AND SPOKE W/ BRUCE. HE GAVE THE SAME RESPONSE AND SAID, “SO?…WHAT’S THE PROBLEM? WE DO THIS ALL THE TIME.” CORPORATE ADMITTING THEY CO-BROKER ALL THE TIME. USE CAUTION AND MAKE SURE IT’S A SARGENT TRUCK BEFORE LOADING.

Is only showing having 4 trucks on safersys, also has only had 1 inspection in the past 24 months!
